Nicholas M. Soriano’s interest in law was apparent throughout his youth. In 1964 he graduated from Boston College on the Dean’s List as a History Major in the Pre-Law program at that college. Thereafter, he attended Fordham University School of Law and graduated in 1967 near the top of his class.


Mr. Soriano’s experience working as an associate to Constantine B. Filardi, Esq. in Armonk, New York, together with his participation as staff attorney for the N.Y.S. Banking Committee and the New York Senate prepared him for his next and most challenging endeavor – entering his own practice.


The law office of Nicholas M. Soriano has been in continous operation since 1971, and has two locations in Westchester County, New York. Throughout the more than fourty years of practicing law, Mr. Soriano has specialized in handling real estate and banking matters of various kinds. In addidtion to representing individual clients, he has been an approved closing attorney for Emigrant Mortgage Company, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Flagstar Bank, Hudson Valley Bank and several other banks, lenders and mortgage brokers. In prior years he was a closing attorney for Chicago Title, Ticor Title, Security Title and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Companies.
